What the ratios tell you

Seven of the nine are concentrated extracts and each carries its own ratio on the licence. The tongkat ali is the most concentrated at fifty to one, so its 100 mg was prepared from 5000 mg of dried root. Adding every dry herb equivalent together yields a figure in the thousands. The nine milligram weights add to 560 mg, and that is the column describing what is in the capsule.

Dose

The licence sets adult males at one capsule three times a day. At that rate a 120-capsule bottle runs 40 days.

Is there a contra-indication?

One, and it is broad. Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation, for example blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils or vitamin E, as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
