A tablet, not a capsule

The licence records the dosage form as tablet. That is why the non-medicinal list runs to five items where a capsule product would run to three: stearic acid and dicalcium phosphate dihydrate are compression aids and there is no shell to fill. Spirulina is a cyanobacterium grown in water rather than a plant extract, so no extract ratio appears on the panel and none appears on the licence.

How long a bottle lasts

Adults 18 and over take two tablets, one to three times a day. A 150-tablet bottle is therefore 25 days at the top of that range and 75 days at the bottom of it.

Is 2400 mg the amount in one tablet?

No. 1200 mg is one tablet and 2400 mg is the two-tablet serving the licence sets for adults.

Does the licence cover anyone under 18?

It does, at reduced quantities, down to age 10. Children 10 to 11 and adolescents 12 to 14 are licensed for one tablet rather than two.

What is the panel's servings-per-container figure?

The panel prints 150. Two tablets to a serving in a 150-tablet bottle is 75 servings, so treat the tablet count as the reliable number.
