This L-Theanine Works well when taken after meal and not empty stomach. Also in label it says to be taken after meal. I have tried empty stomach, it rushes to brain and give mild headache. I only prefer after meal in night , it doesnt have any side effects as this product is vegan/vegetarian friendly.
